Amrita is an experienced Non-executive Director and has extensive strategic, sales & marketing, and product development expertise. She has experience in retail, ecommerce, medical devices and has been an advocate for diversity & inclusion. Amrita is the former Chief Operating and Marketing Officer at eBay Australia & New Zealand and over her 10-years tenure led many different areas of the business across Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Loyalty, Advertising, Pricing, Consumer Selling, Cross Border Trade, Shipping and Small & Medium Business. Prior to eBay, Amrita established her career as a Management Consultant at Port Jackson Partners, and a Biomedical Engineer at Ventracor and Cochlear. Amrita is currently a Non-executive Director at ASX listed business Audinate Group Limited and non-profit Vision Beyond Aus.
Amrita holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Mechanical (Biomedical) Engineering from the University of Sydney. Amrita won the Australian Financial Review BOSS Awards for Young Executive of the Year in 2019.
Karen has held senior roles in FTSE 100-250 medical device, technology, consumer products and government services organisations.
Karen was most recently the Chief Executive Officer for Catholic Healthcare Ltd and, prior to this, was the CEO of Healthdirect and the inaugural CEO of Jobs for NSW. She was also the former President (Asia Pacific & Middle East) of ResMed (ASX: RMD) and held several senior roles with Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices in Australia and the United States. Karen began her career in the fast-moving consumer goods sector and worked for Goodman Fielder, Nestle and Revlon in global business development and marketing.
Karen is on the Board of Optiscan Ltd (ASX: OIL) and serves on the Board of KOPWA, an aged care not-for-profit organization. She was previously on the Board of The North Foundation and held the position of Interim Chair of the Australian Vaccine Research Alliance.
Karen has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and was a NSW finalist for Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2017.
Ms Guo commenced her career as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, before expanding her career across a wide breadth of areas including ASX listed, private equity, healthcare operations, startup and company secretarial. Ms Guo has over 20 years of finance experience and was the former VP of Finance at Brookfield where she spent over 10 years.
Kesh brings over 22+ years of leadership experience in R&D, product design, and process excellence in the global healthcare and consumer goods industry.
Kesh’s career is marked by his proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop innovative product strategies, and deliver impactful results across the consumer goods category. In his most recent role as Vice President of R&D Asia Pacific at Kenvue and previously at Johnson & Johnson, Kesh oversaw the development and successful launch of numerous high-impact products across OTC, Skin Health, Oral Care, and Feminine Categories.
He is recognised for his expertise in process excellence, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and scaling products across regions, including APAC, Europe, and the US. Kesh is passionate about building patient-centric, empowered, cross-functional teams that can translate technical expertise into winning consumer propositions. Kesh holds an Honors Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
Mark Harding joined SomnoMed® in July 2019 as Vice President Global Marketing and was promoted to Senior Vice President in January 2021. He is the project lead for Rest Assure, SomnoMed’s smart oral appliance. Prior to SomnoMed, he worked as a consultant advising on Australian medical device reimbursement strategies. As Vice President for Global Marketing, APAC sales and European sales for AtCor Medical (now Cardiex ASX:CDX), he forged a strategic partnership with A&D Medical in Japan to open the Japanese market and developed/launched AtCor’s most successful product. He previously worked for Zimmer (now Zimmer Biomet) as Director of Marketing Asia Pacific, as a Product Manager for Schering Plough and commenced his career in medical device marketing with Baxter Healthcare.
In his 30+ years of healthcare experience, Mr Harding has demonstrated he can develop and execute strategies for global growth. His experience includes strategic planning, new product development, product portfolio management, direct to patient marketing and day-to-day sales and operations management.
Janice Hiskett-Jones, joined SomnoMed as Chief People Officer in November 2024. Janice brings a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. With over 25 years in human resources and an extensive career in Rewards, Janice has a proven track record of driving organisational change and retention through, strategic HR initiatives, automation, people development and building great teams.
Before joining, Janice held the role of Interim Chief People Officer at SunRice, and has signficant experience in Business Partnering and Head of Rewards positions across multiple industries including Pharmaceutical, Banking, FMCG, Education and Retail, both in globally established and expanding businesses. She has had the privilege of leading team across multiple countries including South Africa, London and Australia.

David Lewis joined SomnoMed as Chief Information Officer in September 2020. With over 25 years of experience in strategically delivering global technology solutions across diverse industries, David is responsible for steering SomnoMed’s global technology operations. His focus is on driving innovation and ensuring the seamless alignment of technology initiatives with the company's business priorities.
Before joining SomnoMed, David held key IT and IS leadership positions at ResMed, Healius, and several financial institutions, where he played a pivotal role in advancing technology strategies.
Domonique has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in major medical device companies. Domonique worked at Johnson and Johnson Medical for seven years, holding positions in sales and product management in Ethicon Endo-Surgery. She then moved to Baxter for 10 years with roles including Group Marketing Manager – Surgical Care and finally Director of Advanced Surgery for Australia and New Zealand.
Most recently Domonique worked at Alcon in Surgical Ophthalmology as the Head of Marketing – Australia and New Zealand. The extensive medical marketing knowledge and strong strategic thinking that Domonique possess, will be integral to leading key programs that will change the prescribing behaviours of medical specialists.
Jonathan Vowels joined SomnoMed® in July 2024 as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations. Jon has over 25 years experience in Supply Chain and Operations roles in a multi national corporation having worked in Australia, Russia, UK and most recently in Singapore where he was the Operations Director. He has a track record in Operations transformation having established regional supply chain organisations as well as turnaround of manufacturing performance, focusing on quality, cost and efficiency improvements. Jon holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.
