The innovative design of the SomnoDent Avant gently closes patients\u2019 mouths, so they breathe through their nose while asleep. This means no more snoring in most patients, and also prevents dry mouth, which is a common complaint with other oral appliances (and CPAP).<\/span><\/p>

Designed with the latest computer-aided design software and milled using a single piece of pre-cured dental acrylic, the SomnoDent Avant\u2019s upper and lower splints are designed with the latest computer-aided design software. The pre-curing process improves the flexural strength of the material by 18% \u2013 effectively reducing the number of breakages and remakes that can eat into chair time. Durable SomnoDent Avant Advancement Straps provide simple calibration in 1mm increments, and an initial set of 10 straps provided with the SomnoDent Avant case come with additional sizes available in small, medium, large (10 per set) to cover every patient\u2019s complete advancement range.<\/span><\/p>

We added soft Bflex liner to the SomnoDent Avant to cradle, cushion, and support patients\u2019 teeth and minimize tooth movement.
