on spreading the word about the benefits of optimal sleep. It\u2019s important to prioritize sleep for your overall health and well-being, and this month is all about sleep professionals sharing best practices for sleep health &#8211; including practical advice and expert guidance &#8211; to help you get the sleep you need.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;\"><b>Why Is Getting Enough Sleep So Important?<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"gmail-p5\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In order to retain proper behavioral and cognitive functions, it\u2019s recommended that adults get at least seven hours of sleep each night.
