Rest Assure HCP Portal

You can login here to the Rest Assure HCP Portal. Follow the instructions to Sign up now if you don’t have a Rest Assure account. You will need to sign up with a email that is unique to you, such as DrSmith@gmail.com. If you cannot create an account, contact SomnoMed customer service with the email address you plan to use, and we can help you set up your Rest Assure account.

Rest Assure data sharing is controlled by the patient to be compliant with privacy data laws. Patients can change the physician or dentist that can see their data and withdraw from the Rest Assure system. Contact the patient and check if they have agreed to share data with you.

Click on the “lost password” link on the HCP portal, and a secure code will be sent to the email that you have used for Rest Assure. Enter this code into the Rest Assure system and you will be able to re-set your password.

  • For any issues with a Rest Assure device, app or docking station not working, direct the patients to the Rest Assure support centre. The support centre has the answers to many frequently asked questions and provides contact details for SomnoMed’s customer service team if the patient cannot resolve this issue themselves.
  1. Make sure the patient can operate an app and is willing to share their data with you and SomnoMed.

2. Most of the exclusions for Rest Assure are similar to other oral appliances:

  • Missing teeth: Partial Kennedy Class 1 or 2
  • Missing teeth: Edentulous
  • Curve of spee which is not moderate or heavy
  • Upper teeth alignment with anterior crowding
  • Posterior teeth crowding that is buccal
  • Teeth with no undercuts (including worn down flattened teeth)
  • Insufficient OVD due to TMJ problem or certain presence of crossbite
  • Upper posterior length less than 48mm
